The ATF revised the 4473 form and required all dealers and customers began using the new one on February 1st, 2024.

ATF Form 4473 is required for any purchase through a dealer, regardless of what state you're located in. What happens after the form gets filled out can vary depending on state laws, but it's all pretty close.
