Up-to-date and, as far as I can tell, the most complete and detailed information on clutch and manual transmission repair.
Watch the transmission removal/reassembly process in the video. Buying a clutch kit is most cost-effective if you're a legal entity. I bought a kit from Rolf, registering it under my company's name. It cost about 10,000 rubles.
Throwout bearing MD 722744 - 1,000 rubles. There are plenty of alternatives. The original is usually NSK or NTN.
Clutch disc part number MN 168062 (check for your car; the part number may vary depending on the year) in an Exedy transmission.
Clutch pressure plate MR 980571 (check for your car; the part number may vary depending on the year) in an Exedy transmission.
The pressure plate could have been left in place, but there were signs of overheating and significant wear on the petal springs at the ends.
It's also best to immediately replace:
Rear crankshaft oil seal MD 359158 - 1,000 rubles. Alternatives are available.
Release Bearing Guide Sleeve MD 747279 – 500 rubles.
Lubricate the clutch basket spring tabs at the tips with graphite or copper grease, otherwise a squealing noise may occur at idle.
When replacing the clutch, be sure to move the manual transmission input shaft. If there is play, noise at idle that disappears when the clutch is released, or noise when driving in first gear that decreases when upshifting, rebuild the manual transmission!
When rebuilding the manual transmission, I strongly recommend using pullers or heating the bearing and cooling the shafts. I used a Liqui Moly coolant canister capable of withstanding temperatures down to -45°C. It worked 100% during installation. The fit on the shafts is tight!
The most worn bearings were identified:

The original box contains an NSK bearing, but the bearing races have been modified and one ball has been added, which clearly indicates a design error. The service life or load was calculated incorrectly.
Part No. B25157AACG14 NSK
Prices from 700 to 3000 rubles
The differential bearing is slightly worn (wear due to chips from the input shaft bearing, clearly visible "rolling"; repair promptly!!!) Part No. MD 710663 – 1500 rubles. I was lucky enough to get it at Rolf for 1000 rubles.
Secondary shaft bearing with groove, farthest from the clutch
MD 747740 in an NSK gearbox – 1000 rubles
The other bearings were more than serviceable; maybe someone will need them:
Large differential MD 770710 – 2400 rubles
Secondary roller bearing MD 747707 – 1800 rubles
Rear primary shaft bearing MD 717670 – 1000 rubles
TM206C3**UR NSK – 700 rubles
Oddly enough, all the bearings were in stock at jaclub.ru (not an advertisement). Their prices aren't the best; Exist can be even cheaper.
It's best to replace:
Input shaft seal MD 741818 – 300 rubles
Gearbox housing cover, almost impossible to remove without damaging MD 746157 – 300 rubles
Gearbox housing sealing ring MD 727944 – 150 rubles
Loctite 1325658 Neutral silicone sealant "5699", 0.08 l – 700 rubles
If the clutch hasn't been replaced, check the release bearing guide and the release bearing itself.
