During almost 4 years we have automated manual design processes together with the design team at Team Urbis on the biggest, most complex and arguably most emotionally important building in recent Norwegian history. Team Urbis is a project company owned by Nordic — Office of Architecture, COWI, Asplan Viak AS, Ramboll, Aas-Jakobsen AS, SLA & Bjørbekk & Lindheim landskapsarkitekter and won the plan- and design competition of the project in 2017 with the proposal "Adapt".
Statsbygg is The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property, and is responsible for the planning of the project.
