Join me in cooking one of the most famous Italian Dishes, Lasagna.
We follow the below recipe for our lasagna:
Preheat over at 540
Minced chicken, cook it till its brown
Add garlic
Tomato paste 200gm
Tomato puree 800gm
1tbsp sugar
Italian Seasoning
Tomato sauce 500gm
Boil some water
Add Pasta Sheets, half cook
Generous amount of cheese slices
Layer the Lasagna
Meat-Pasta-Cheese-Meat-Pasta-Cheese-Meat-Pasta-Meat-Cheese
Cover with Foil and bake for 20 mins
Remove foil and bake for 10 mins
Let it cool for 15 mins
Done
