Applied Energistics or Refined Storage?

Video TLDR :
95% of both mods are the same. Refined storage is easier to learn for beginners but can do less, and is less optimized. AE2 is harder to learn, but can do much more, and has better add-on mods. (Mega cells my beloved)
Video Error :
I messed up the roles of importer + exporter, Importer puts items INTO the system, Exporter pulls items OUT OF the system. (Thanks Majonez616, should have caught that in editing...)
