I'm certain that this is the largest Minesweeper board ever solved with video proof. 200x100 board with 4,125 mines. This is the same mine to square ratio of expert difficulty which is a 30x16 board with 99 mines. This is actually the 2nd time I've completed a board this size, but I have no proof of the first one cause it was during pandemic lockdown and I never thought I would actually finish it. I'm surprised that it only took a handful of tries to get this, and even more surprised I was able to complete the solve in less than 2 hours.
I started playing huge minesweeper boards when I learned that back in 2015, CineMassive created a version of Minesweeper that had 38,799 mines to celebrate the game's 30th anniversary. If ANYONE knows ANYONE involved in that project, I would love to be able to try that board in 2025 for Minesweeper's 40th anniversary.
