The new SET Runecarver`s Blaze was BROKEN when i´ve tested it, but they will nerf it into the ground when it goes live, here the info: To follow up with the actual changes, the set will only activate on every 3rd tick rather than only the 3rd tick of a DoT effect. Rotation:
Prebuff with Northern Storm, summon Bear Ulti afterwards (swap Northern Storm to Bear with an Addon like Dressing Room or just manually).
Start with:
Subterranean Assault - Barbed Trap - Frost Reach - Barswap - Wall - Winter´s Revenge - Barswap
Cutting Dive - Subterranean Assault - Barswap - Arctic Blast - Ele Sus - Fetcher Infection - Barswap
Degeneration into Frost Reach Spams. Use Subterranean Assault every 6 Seconds! As Spammable mainly Frost Reach and Cutting Dive but only if you have Magicka sustain issues. Apart from that a classic Dot with Spammable Rotation! Activate Wild Guardian (Ultimate) on Cooldown ofc!
