Nut Bolt AutoCAD 3D Mechanical
This is 3D AutoCAD Mechanical.
In this lecture we will learn how to draw nut bolt in AutoCAD 3d.
For this go to settings and switch it to the 3d annotation and modeling.
Now switch to the SW isometric view and draw a cylinder of the required height.
Draw a spring to that the outer and inner diameter of spring and cylinders are the same.
Now draw small triangle and sweep it to the spring. It will looks like the threads on it.
Now select the polygon and also the inscribes circle. Give the radius equal to the cylinder external radius.
Click enter and give specific height to it. Press pull the circle and attach it to top of cylinder.
And bolt is complete.
For nut , make the polygon as we made for the top and for now subtract the circle to make hole in it.
Make the spring similarly as we did for bolt threads and insert it in the hole of bolt. Now join them both .
Hence both nut and bolt are ready in 3d design.
