Gaming PC without a rear fan? THAT'S WHY I don't have one!
Rear fans are useful, but not always necessary! I have nine fans installed in my PC, but I'm missing the 10th fan that fits. Rather than install another unsuitable fan, I'd rather leave it out – otherwise it looks like it was intentional but not done right!
