Testing Bold and Italic Closed Captions on Youtube with uploaded WebVTT (.vtt) caption file.
Using bold and italics markup tags in a .vtt file no longer works, as YouTube has screwed up .vtt captions even further.
The English (UK) caption is a Sami file testing Bold, Italic, and Underline, along with the color Red for the first line, and green for the second line.
Green works except for the word "bold."
