If this fish sticks to your face, don't panic because it's a remoras, also known as a suckerfish. Many people mistake it for a baby shark or a whale, but it's actually one of the most useful fish in the sea. It uses the sucker on its body to attach itself to larger animals and then eats parasites it can't reach. Too many parasites can make it difficult for the animal to swim, but sometimes they're even used by fishermen. They throw them into the water so they attach themselves to a larger animal before pulling them both to the surface.
