Forced Obsolescence In Software: OSX 10.7 Skype
UPDATE: i now can NO LONGER LOG INTO MY SKYPE ACCOUNT
EVEN THOUGH I KNOW MY PASSWORD
MICROSOFT WANTS ME TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT WITH AN EMAIL*(VERIZON.NET) THAT NO LONGER EXISTS AND THEIR AUTOMATED RECOVERY REFUSES TO WORK!!
Here is just ONE of the MANY examples of companies or developers forcing software to not support older hardware/software (the os version in this case). for ABSOLUTELY NOOO REASON. this vid is pretty old, but i remember having to do this for skype AGAIN like a year later, only this time changing all the version numbers not just the 1
