Emma Willis Talks About Her Holiday Essentials & Packing Tips | Next
Ahead of the launch of the Summer 2019 #EmmaWillisCollection, TV presenter-turned-designer Emma Willis sat down with us to discuss her holiday essentials and packing tips. From packing for the whole family to splurging on Toblerone at Duty Free, find out what the summer holiday season has in store for Emma.
When asked to share her tips on how to pack for holiday, the mum-of-three admits she's probably not the best person to ask. She says she can be a little overzealous - filling her case with stacks and stacks of clothes even though she'll normally recycle the same six outfits throughout the holiday and kick everything else to the curb.
She'll lay out everything she wants to take and then eliminate the items which don't work with the overall colour palette, favouring those whose tones and shades complement eachother, as well as choosing pieces which can be carried from day to night - an absolute priority for comfort-loving, laid-back Emma.
When it comes to her holiday essentials, Emma's approach is minimal. Her go-to holiday footwear consists of a pair of flip-flops and a nice pair of sandals for ultimate comfortability. She has no need for wedges or any kind of heel – but one thing she’ll never leave home without is a pair of denim shorts.
