iOS 11 has been released and there has been much discussion surrounding an iOS 11 jailbreak this fall. This is my guide to install jailbreak apps and themes on iOS 11 without jailbreaking using the Cyrus App Installer, an alternative to Cydia, on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
