UE5 C++ Time Rewind and Playback [Source code in comments]
Made a small time demo of recording and playing back physics interactions. It records the last 30 seconds and lets you rewind, replay or manipulate events. If you play from a certain point in the timeline, that becomes the latest state, allowing you to change the history.
