Disable "Open File - Security Warning" Message

Type inetcpl.cpl in start menu search box or run and press enter.

Select the Security tab.

Click Custom Level…
Select Enable (not secure) under Launching applications and unsafe files.
Disable Open File - Security Warning Message
Click OK.
Click Yes.
Disable Open File - Security Warning Message
Click OK.
To disable the Your current security settings put your computer at risk message in Internet Explorer, check this link.
