Storm Brand is BACK! Permafreeze everything! - Path of Exile 3.20 The Forbidden Sanctum Build Guide
My Build List:

In this video, aer0 breaks down his Storm Brand Cold Conversion Assassin. He uses Badge of the Brotherhood and two Void Batteries for big damage. Call of the Brotherhood rings make us perma-freeze our enemies, both in maps and in the Sanctum! This build is a great boss killer, mapper and Sanctum farmer.
I hope you enjoy, let me know here or on my twitch if you have any questions!
