(23) Ring of Sanguine Silver Wisdom (TES III Morrowind)
Eno Hlaalu does not ask for this directly and does not tell you its location, but the Ring of Sanguine Silver Wisdom is one of the items required for the Threads of the Webspinner quest.
This item is held by Earmil in the daedric ruin of Assurnabitashpi. This ruin is just west of Urshilaku Camp. It has three entrances. What you are looking for is the shrine, which can be entered from two of them. One puts you above the shrine, while the other requires you to walk through several stairs until you reach the shrine itself.
