Thanks to 0hnezahn_ (now Leg0shi_) for helping me out on this! He pointed out everything I did wrong with the setup and calculated which y axis would be efficient with maths. Check him out: / raketenmaxi
It was really hard to find the setup for this, because blips have a weird height pattern on specific y axises, and we needed to find the lowest one that is guaranteed to get enough height to do the 6 block and also save some speed (the longer you fall, the slower you get)
I used macro for this because it's really hard to do the blip correctly on the first 45 strafe, if you do manage to do it you might fail the 2nd 45 strafe... So I didn't really want to waste too much time on it, perhaps someone will try it legit?
This jump was done in 1.12.2, however it's still possible in 1.8.x. Unfortunately, this "blipup" glitch has been patched in 1.14+ (you don't jump midair anymore, you only clip onto ledges).
And no, this doesn't mean Dream was right. Using this blipup mechanic the jump is simply made like a 6b-4. No crazy "infinite momentum" or something like that.
