For Android:
1) Go to SETTINGS (normal Home Menu on Android",
2) On the "Network Connections" Section click on "Wifi".
3) Hold your finger on the connection,
4) Click then on "Modify network confiq"
5) Click on "Show Advanced Options" and scroll down
6) Scroll Down until you see "IP Settings", change it to "Static"
7) Scroll down again until you see "DNS 1". Type in there 8.8.8.8
8) Click then on "DNS 2" and type in there "8.8.4.4"
9) Save the options and it should work for android.
For PC:
1) Go to Windows Home Button
2) Click on "Control Panel"
3) Click on '"Network and Internet"
4) Click then on "Network and Sharing Center"
5) On the right you can click on "Ethernet" or Wifi (depends from your internet connection)
6) Click on Properties
7) Search for "Internet Protocoll Version 4". Click there also on "Properties"
8) On the second field "activate" "Use the following DNS Server".
9) On Preferred DNS Server type in as above "8.8.8.8" and on "Alternate DNS Server" 8.8.4.4.
