ESCAP Leaving No One Behind (LNOB) Methodology
The video “ESCAP Leaving No One Behind (LNOB) Methodology” gives an overview of the two main statistical tools ESCAP has developed to help policymakers and UN Country Teams ensure no one is left behind: the Classification and Regression Tree Analysis (CART) and the Dissimilarity Index (D-Index). The video also introduces in brief the new LNOB platform where this information is located. This is the second in a series describing the ESCAP LNOB methodology, used in trainings and for outreach purposes.
