Geopark Kefalonia & Ithaca
50 geosites, 50 geological monuments. A wonderful history of 250 million years it is written page by page on the rocks of the Kefalonia-Ithaca geopark. The geopark aims to protect and promote all the monuments of the earth, which we call geosites, in combination with our cultural heritage, as well as with the local community, following a sustainable development strategy, geotourism.
