In this tutorial, I'll be sharing how to fix a headlamp that sometimes lights up and sometimes doesn't.
The headlamp I'm repairing is an Aoki brand.
Every headlamp that uses a lithium-ion battery usually has a protection IC on the negative terminal of the battery. This component is usually the cause of the headlamp sometimes lighting up and sometimes not lighting up, even though the battery voltage is sufficient.
To fix this problem, I usually jumper the IC because replacement components are difficult to find.
