Davinci Resolve How To Save And Copy Sound Plugins Effects From One Project To Another Audio Presets
This tutorial shows how to save and copy audio plugins effects from one project to another in Davinci Resolve. If you have used some audio plugins (EQ, Compressor, etc...), then you know that we are often in need to have those portable between projects, the solution is usage of your own presets.
So here's how to do it correctly:
Step 1) Open Davinci Resolve.
Step 2) Then go to the section called "Fairlight". Click on the plus icon (+) in the Mixer [right side of screen] to add plugins you need.
Step 3) Go to the top menu called "Fairlight" , chose Presets library, filter "Plugins presets"and click "Audio" and "Save new" name this settings what you like ("Sound EQ", "Compressor", "Compressor/Gate"). Now you have your portable preset.
To APPLY your sound preset to another project go to Fairlight section, Fairlight top menu, Presets library, choose your preset (EQ, Comp, Gate...) and click "Apply". This will apply new set of settings (with the same adjustments in plugins as your original preset). Close the presets library dialog.
You're done!
