Ajude o seu filho a criar uma tabela de rotina para encoraja-lo a ter auto-disciplina. Pense em algumas atividades que devem ser feitas, por exemplo: qual a rotina na hora de dormir, como é a rotina quando a criança acorda, como é quando ela faz o dever da escola.
