Why aren't my Canva designs moving off Projects and into folders?
You may find sometimes that when you move a design or image into a folder, that it isn't moving off of your Projects page the way that it should. Sometimes folks report that a design is staying on the Projects page, just with a little label added that indicates which folder it has been moved to.
If you find that when you move files into a folder, it's not actually moving off of the main projects page, there are a couple of things I want you to try for troubleshooting.
