TCIRCLE command in AutoCAD creates circles, slots, or rectangles around selected text or mtext objects. The size of the objects can be constant or variable.

How to use the TCIRCLE command :
1. Select the text or mtext objects to enclose
2. Enter the TCIRCLE command
3. Choose the type of object to create: circle, slot, or rectangle
4. Select whether to create constant or variable objects
If creating constant objects, specify the dimensions to keep the same
If creating variable objects, specify the distance offset factor

The TCIRCLE command can be used in tables, survey drawings, and electrical drawings.
