Workshops from Home: Creating Online Forms and Generating E-Certificates

Competency Building is one of the three areas of growth addressed by the Ateneo Leadership Development Program (ALDP), alongside Personal Spirituality and Social Responsibility. It is concretely facilitated through the Skills Development Training Workshop (SDTW), a yearlong series of workshops that aims at providing opportunities to develop the management and leadership skills of student leaders in their respective organizations.
Given the directive of the Commission on Higher Education to continue implementing the flexible delivery of instruction and student services, this school year’s SDTW will still be done through a webinar format. The theme for this semester's SDTW will be “Workshops from Home”, a reference to the popular term in the new setting, “Work from Home”.
Through the "Workshops from Home", the OSA would like to promote interdependence and collaboration between and among officers and members of student organizations by providing them the necessary skills and values. Amidst the observance of social distancing protocols, student organizations must continue to work together towards service to the university community.
