Lou Ruat, Miss Provence 2019: "I will have a double challenge on December 14th"
At just 18 years old, young Aix resident Lou Ruat was crowned Miss Provence 2019 last night in Cogolin, Var. And while this victory represents an accomplishment for the economics and management student, the arrival of the Miss France competition on December 14 in Marseille brings a new challenge: to ensure the triumph of Provence, which has not won the Miss France title since 1979.
