Anyone who is a programmer will certainly know the famous freelance websites (Workana, Upwork, 99freelas and others). Through these sites it is possible to capture freelance projects and, with luck, earn some money to drink açaí at the weekend.

Of course, there are correct ways to work with Workana, but one thing is true: for those just starting out, these sites can be a shot in the foot.
The reason is simple: only profiles that have a certain credibility within the platform can stand out and attract more customers. It is unlikely that a company will deliver a large project into the hands of a freelancer who has recently registered on Workana or another freelancing website, for obvious reasons.
Considering this, the question remains: is Workana worth it? Does Workana for beginners really work? Yes, it's worth it for small projects and yes, it works if you want to have a role that isn't focused on a business profile.
As I've said in other videos, freelancers with a business profile don't focus on projects, but rather on recurring income and making real money as a programmer.
Understand that the purpose of the video is not to say that Workana is not worth it, but rather to assess that using freelance websites for programming can be more difficult for those just starting out.
Therefore, if you are a beginner freelance programmer, don't expect to get large projects within the platform, ok? But that doesn't mean you won't be able to get some change inside.
