Today, I want to review "God, Allow Me to Sin", the latest film from director Hanung Bramantyo. This film adapts the controversial novel "God, Allow Me to Be a Prostitute" by Muhiddin M. Dahlan.
The story about Kiran, a smart student who is trapped in a radical Islamic organization, provides a different nuance with a non-linear approach to the story. Although a bit rough at the beginning, this back and forth flow strengthens the understanding of Kiran's inner dynamics.
