Dealing with interview rejections is very tough, I was asked in an AMA today on how can you deal with interview rejections?

Now, Here are 3 important things that you should do that can help you improve and be better prepared for your next interview
1. Try to connect with your interviewers on LinkedIn and ask for an honest feedback
2. Introspect and think what exactly went wrong?
3. Was it an issue with self-confidence? Or did you answer some question incorrectly? Or something else? Find out the area of improvement like this and work on it
Lastly - Keep in mind that interviews can often depend on your luck as well, but as long as you keep on figuring out where did you lack and slowly keep improving yourself - You will crack something bigger and better!
