Build reusable headers and footers in Microsoft Word
Have a favorite page numbering scheme you use for your documents? Or do you always want to embed the last date/time a document was saved to keep track of your drafts? Don't rebuild those elements every time - create your own custom header or footer and save it for future use! Here, I show you an example reusable footer with the document name on the left, a Page X of Y numbering scheme in the center, and the last update date/time on the right. Saving it for re-use is easy using Microsoft Word's Building Blocks feature.
