Staff of Frost Atronach - Broom + Frost Salts + Refined Moonstone/Ore + Greater or Grand Soul Gem.
Staff of Storm Atronach - Broom + Void Salts + Orichalchum Ingot/Ore + Greater or Grand Soul Gem.
For the scrolls remove the Broom, Soul Gem and Ingot/Ore and Replace with Roll of Paper and Charcoal.
