Blender Repository fix (Expired Certificate)
Bit off topic for this channel, but it was annoying that there was no fix on the internet.

You might have got "sync: URL error (urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate has expired (_ssl.c:XXXX)) reading 'https://extensions.blender.org/api/v1...!" Error and you can fix it easy by downloading a fresh certificate for the time being.
It might also manifest as "The extension dropped was not found in the remote repository" in blender when you try to drop in an addon like Looptools.
It also shows up as "Repository: "extensions.blender.org" remote data unavailable, sync with the remote repository." This is how I first ran into this issue on blender 5.1.2
