Founded by adventurers, Thread started by designing slim yet functional wallets in stylish prints. The retailer has since expanded its product lines into bags, lanyards, and more. When Thread launched a new sales channel, owned retail, it implemented NetSuite ERP to replace multiple business systems. Now, Thread also uses NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to centralize business data and encourage data-driven decision-making. Thread’s founder said the business wouldn’t have been able to handle its past growth without NetSuite – and will be able to handle its projected growth because of NetSuite.
