Yamaha SY35 VST - I Feel Love
The small but impressive SY35 has AWM (Advanced Wave Memory) as well as FM synthesis. The SY35 has approximately twice the ROM wave memory of its immediate predecessor, the SY22. It may look similar but it's another superb & underestimated synth from the 90s.
