[PYTHON IN ARC GIS #5] CONVERT RASTER TO POLYGON | POLYGON TO KML/KMZ/GOOGLE EARTH FILE
This video tutorial explains how to convert raster file to polygon i.e. vector i.e. shape file and then from shape file | vector to KML i.e. KMZ i.e. Goolge earth format and open the file in google earth to visualize where it lies and for other purposes.
Python script was used for this purpose. You can do the conversion from AcrTool Box as well of arc gis.
ARCPY was used.
