PHP Tutorial Video 3: Installing XAMPP Setting up a PHP Programming Environment.
In this video, we're going to download and install XAMPP, which will run an Apache Server on our machine as "Localhost". We'll also look at where to save PHP files in order to view them through our Localhost.
