While currently new guidelines suggest taking it on both arms and picking the one with the higher number as "your" blood pressure, it has been shown that this increases the amount of people diagnosed with (and given drugs for) hypertension. The traditional guidelines was for consistency to measure the left arm (for reasons in the video).
Regardless of which arm you choose, if you're unhealthy, it's likely that it doesn't matter which arm you choose. If there's a huge difference between the arms, well...that's a BAD sign and you need to stop watching YouTube and see your doctor NOW.
