What you will see:
Supplier uploads PO to your site.
Production manager approves document and allows a business document workflow to insert it directly into a your system with custom metadata if approved. If document is rejected an email can be sent to the corresponding party for resubmission.
Access can be controlled via custom profiles and/or Active Directory.
