Hey everybody, Matthew here and in today's we are going to be talking about the Magnet Forensics Virtual Summit CTF! This was a CTF that took place from February 13 to February 28, 2025. It tested players' skills in iOS forensics, Android forensics, Chromebook Forensics, Windows Forensics and Google Takeout Analysis.
In this iOS section, I use iLEAPP and the file system to find the iOS artifacts. The artifacts that we found are pictures, text words, and other critical forensic evidence. Whether you're a seasoned forensicator or just starting, this breakdown will help you understand how to analyze iOS data effectively using the latest tools.
