RECIPE
25 g of fresh yeast (or 1 packet of dried - 7 g)
2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g)
5 tablespoons of warm milk (50 - 60 g)
500 g of wheat flour, type 500-550 (3 full glasses)
2 eggs
vanilla sugar (16 g)
1 cup of warm milk (250 ml)
1/4 teaspoon of salt (2 g)
100 g of butter (melted and cooled)
Additionally
oil or lard for frying
powdered sugar / frosting
almond flakes
jam or jam for stuffing
