Changing your default email client on your computers to use Gmail instead of Outlook.
If you are not seeing the pop-up symbol to allow the service handler mentioned at 1:20 in the video and need to allow Chrome to handle you mailto: links - use this web address chrome://settings/handlers?search=handlers to remove a block you may have already set up (referenced starting at 2:16 in the video).
