The Stony Valley Rail Trail is a trail in Dauphin that runs approximately 20 miles and is moderately trafficked with mountain bikers, hikers, and horseback riders. The trail contains several historic sites, such as the abandoned Schuylkill & Susquehanna Railroad, Victoria Iron Furnace, Rausch Gap Stone Arch Bridge, Yellow Spring Stone Tower, and Rausch Gap Cemetery. The Stony Valley Rail Trail is recommended to be visited anytime between May and October for peak weather and exploration conditions.
