DCCC Chairman Steve Israel gives an interesting answer to a question about important New York House races...he seems to forget to mention the most vulnerable district of them all, NY-21, and the Democratic candidate Aaron Woolfe, who was tapped by the party to replace Bill Owens, who is retiring this year.
