Davinci Resolve Top 5 Ignite Pro Plugins
Check out my top 5 Ignite Pro plugins for Davinci Resolve. Ignite Pro is a plugin add-on package for Davinci Resolve Studio. This video has working demos of a few of the best plugins.
Leave Color - For this plugin a color can be selected on the screen using a color picker. Resolve will then track through all of the video footage to isolate that color. All the other colors become black and white except for the color selected using the Leave Color plugin from Ignite Pro.
Extrusion - This is a very helpful plugin in Ignite Pro. The extrusion plugin allows you to add an extrusion to any image. The image can then be rotated like a 3D object. This is a great add-on for doing logo work. It is very fast to extrude any shape. In the tutorial, I use a PNG image with a transparent background. The extrusion plugin makes it simple to extrude the circular image shape to make it look like a 3D coin. i also show how to use the depth of field settings in the plugin to make some camera adjustments.
Perspective Warp - This allows a single image or video to be moved or rotated like a flat 3D object and then tiled. This creates some quick effects for photo albums, logos and much more.
Rain on Glass - This plugin from Ignite does what it suggests. It produces an effect that looks like there is rain on glass in front of the lens. There are different settings built in for different amounts of rain or mist. In addition, the settings can be customized to get the look you want.
Shatter Effect - This plugin is pretty amazing. It takes an image or video footage and automatically breaks it into square or circular particles that break apart or shatter. There is physics built into the setting of this plugin to make some pretty amazing effects. The particle size and physics settings can be adjusted along with the camera angle.

Ignite Pro is available from FXHome for Davinci Resolve Studio and works well in Resolve 16.
