Microsoft signs all their products and installers so you can trust them if you install something. Do not trust every executable or Installer that you download or get somewhere. There is a lot of rubbish out there. The first MSI I show you here is from IDAutomation which is also a trustworthy company, but it clearly shows you how to look at installer signings.
