Now that we are connected, we will be doing a lot from the command line interface. This is a brief overview of what we can do from the command line - with emphasis of what we need for the next days.
In particular we clone the "hpc-examples" sample git repository (https://github.com/AaltoSciComp/hpc-e...) which will be used in the future days. The "shell crash course" (https://scicomp.aalto.fi/scicomp/shell/) has a little bit more stuff.
