Creating a Video from a Voice Memos Audio on iPhone

Using the iMovie App, a Voice Memos audio is uploaded to it to Create a Project. A photo is added so that it becomes a video. The photo is stretched to its maximum 2:30 minutes, then duplicated if the audio is longer. Or a new photo is added and stretched to the end of the audio... the green bar. This process is continued until the full audio is covered.
To explain the process, Sheila Finkelstein added VoiceOver recording with "Everything", the original song by Cecilia St. King, playing, with her singing in the background. During the VoiceOver parts, the music plays softly in the background.
